The way physical systems are being built is changing. This is particularly true in situations when not all the information is known. 🚝 🚌 🚚 🎰 🛩 🛳 🏭 Hans Koenigsmann shared some of the key principles about decision making when building rockets and space ships at SpaceX. "When you have incomplete information you should make a decision as soon as you can. You can change the decision if and when you have new information later. Testing takes precedence over analysis to learn the unkown unknowns. And taking measured risks and accepting failure is an opportunity to learn."
