🚀 Hitting the 2 Months Mark at Pixcell.io! 🚀 It’s been amazing to be involved in the story of Pixcell.io | HubSpot Partner Consultancy, It’s been 2 months since moving to London and joining Pixcell, a HubSpot Consultancy and Startup and it's been a delight to be a part of the story! I have grown tremendously in this new challenge as Customer Success manager and supporting Business Development manager and have discovered some interesting facts, here’s what I have learned so far: Too many cooks spoil the broth. Many departments aren't following a standardised, connected process, leading to inefficiencies and data silos. Different software and processes restrict data sharing, making it difficult to make informed decisions. Implementing RevOps can bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and service departments. This approach encourages collaboration and ensures data is shared efficiently across all departments, improving overall decision-making. To summarise our HubSpot Consultant as a Service subscription is a game-changer for businesses, and I’m proud to be a part of the action!
