I want to play a game... If you’re at #INBOUND24, walk through the vendor area and look at the first message you see on each booth. Is it immediately clear what they do or sell? Some companies are nailing their messaging. Others are busy unlocking, leveraging, boosting, revolutionizing, or throwing around buzzwords that leave you wondering what they actually offer. You invest THOUSANDS in your conference presence, but ignoring your event messaging is like showing up to the party without a real conversation. Next time you're tempted to use "empower" or some other synonym, ask yourself what you're REALLY trying to say. Instead of "unlocking potential," what about something super direct like: "Helping SaaS companies cut customer churn by 20% with real-time data analytics." It is sexy? Naur. Is it clear? YUUUP. 🚀 Hitting the 2 Months Mark at Pixcell.io! 🚀 It’s been amazing to be involved in the story of Pixcell.io | HubSpot Partner Consultancy, It’s been 2 months since moving to London and joining Pixcell, a HubSpot Consultancy and Startup and it's been a delight to be a part of the story! I have grown tremendously in this new challenge as Customer Success manager and supporting Business Development manager and have discovered some interesting facts, here’s what I have learned so far: Too many cooks spoil the broth. Many departments aren't following a standardised, connected process, leading to inefficiencies and data silos. Different software and processes restrict data sharing, making it difficult to make informed decisions. Implementing RevOps can bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and service departments. This approach encourages collaboration and ensures data is shared efficiently across all departments, improving overall decision-making. To summarise our HubSpot Consultant as a Service subscription is a game-changer for businesses, and I’m proud to be a part of the action!
