Ever notice how deliberate we are about charging our phones? Do we ever apologize for having to recharge our phones? Do we ever think it's selfish to recharge our phones? No. We simply need to recharge it. And so we do. Our phones are important. But I think we are more important. It's not selfish if we recharge. Everybody wins if we recharge. We deserve to feel good. We deserve to feel like we have all the bars. (Like a fully charged phone. Having all the pubs sounds incredibly stressful.) I'm talking to myself here. I could tell yesterday that my battery was very low. I felt off. Part of me thinks that pushing through to get my ever-growing to-do list shorter will give me more peace of mind. More relaxation. And sometimes that's true. But I love having access to my creativity and intuition. And those friends need space (and way less frenzy) to show up. I've scheduled things in my calendar like tennis, walks, working out, and time with friends (all these are recharging activities). But I'm now going to try blocking off a part of each day with just the word CHARGE. Yes, it's a big action word that in some contexts isn't relaxing at all (Ready warriors? CHARGE!) But I want to get it into my head that I deserve more than my phone. I'm curious, how often do you feel fully charged? (New parents, feel free to ignore this post!) #rechargeyourself #rest

When you "plug in" your laptop with only 1% battery and want to make sure there is no extra weight for 2%. 😄 (that's funny I know) In life, you will find unnecessary things that are draining your energy and leaving you no time to recharge! With high cost that is you and your family, you vision! Ensure that you are not losing your energy for unnecessary things 🙂 (This is not funny.) :) #event #readytostart #thinking #details #albania #IT #restart #reboot #thinkagain

📱 Are we spending more time on our phones than we realize? According to a Google report, the average person spends approximately 3.5 hours on their phone every day. That's a staggering 105 hours per month, adding up to a whopping 1260 hours annually! Let's put that into perspective - 1260 hours equates to roughly 53 days spent glued to our screens each year. 📅 Imagine what we could accomplish with that time if it were allocated differently. It's time to take control of our digital habits and reclaim those 53 days for more meaningful pursuits. Whether it's spending quality time with loved ones, pursuing a hobby, or investing in personal development, let's make a conscious effort to reduce our phone usage and make every moment count. Let's challenge ourselves to cut back on screen time, starting today. Who's with me? 💪 #DigitalWellness #MindfulLiving #ScreenTimeAwareness

When you find your computer or wifi router or anything electric not working we have been told to unplug it for a few minutes and then plug it back in - RIGHT ? and more often than not it fixes the issue….. Well here is a WAKE UP CALL - If you’re not doing your best work or not working to your full ability or capacity or feeling tired - GUESS WHAT - unplug yourself for a day a few days a week and see what happens. Stop expecting great results when you’re not working to your full capacity - TO UNPLUG is not what I call rest - rest we get daily when we relax and watch TV or sleep is resting - UNPLUGGING is a different type of RESET. Unplugging is about turning off your outside world - tuning in to your needs, emotions, some self care….. Then you can return refreshed and ready to do great work….. Start thinking about the unplugged strategy not just the rest strategy

Pause, Reset, Recharge In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of constant activity. But here’s a gentle reminder: “Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including YOU.” Just like our gadgets, we all need a little break sometimes. Whether it's stepping away from the screen, going for a walk, or just taking a few moments to breathe deeply, unplugging can do wonders for our mind, body, and soul. So, if you're feeling overwhelmed or drained, give yourself permission to pause. Take that much-needed break. Recharge. You'll come back stronger, clearer, and more focused than ever. Remember, self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential!
