𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗚𝗼𝗻𝘇á𝗹𝗲𝘇 𝗗𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗱𝗼𝘀, 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗷𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝘇 and David Pacheco Sánchez presented a #video clinical case of giant ovarian serous #cystadenoma resected by #laparoscopy preserving the right #ovarian parenchyma in a 25-year-old woman who faced an increase in abdominal circumference for a year. A CT scan revealed large hypodense mass measuring 30 × 20 × 10 cm.

Sharing a successful case of Uterine Artery Embolization for symptomatic fibroids! We performed bilateral uterine artery embolization via left radial access for large fibroids. At the 3-month follow-up, MRI showed an impressive ~55% volume reduction in both the fibroids and uterus. More importantly, the patient experienced complete resolution of symptoms like dysmenorrhoea and menorrhagia by her 2nd menstrual cycle.
