It is primarily focused on customer-facing applications • 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Over four-in-five travel technology leaders see GenAI as a priority for the next year, with significant focus on customer support, marketing, product, and operations • 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: There is a strong inclination towards partnering with vendors for developing GenAI tools, with 87% of companies open to collaboration.
