Here at itemit we are always striving for new, innovative technology that makes life simpler for our customers! That being said, lovely to see a throwback to somewhat 'simpler' times from our CEO Dr Alex Wong as he hat tips past technology that engages our senses and builds lasting connections! 💡 Is there space for new and old technology to work harmoniously in an ever evolving landscape?
Today, I unearthed an old cassette player from storage and decided to play some songs from the past. Gobsmacked! This decades-old piece of technology still works perfectly 🎶, filling the room with rich, analog sound that took me back to simpler times. There's something profoundly satisfying about the tactile experience of handling a cassette, pressing physical buttons, and feeling the mechanics at work. In an age where so much of our interaction is reduced to pressing a piece of glass, I find myself missing the tangible connection to technology. Have we lost something essential in our quest for newer, better tech? As we innovate, let's remember the value of creating technology that engages our senses and builds lasting connections. This philosophy is at the heart of what we do at Redbite. ❤️ #Nostalgia #TimelessTech #TechWithHeart #RedBite #itemit
