Are you part of or do you lead a call answer group, hunt group, or call queue? Did you know that Microcall can help you know more about how your customers are engaging with your group?
So far, in our series covering user personas, we've addressed: Telecom Managers, Business Leaders, Informal Contact Center Managers, and Security & Compliance Personnel.
In our final installment about the types of business users that benefit from Microcall, we are focusing on Department Managers & Team Leads. If you are responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of a team, Microcall was meant for you!
A few things we love, as illustrated in this post from Christopher K. with Clarion Home Services Group and Triple T Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electrical:
1- Kaizens can happen anywhere and vary in team size, scope, and formality. From fancy presentations, to sticky notes on an office window, to a bar napkin—the form and function of Kaizen isn’t as important as the fact that it’s actually happening!
2- Good continuous improvement is CONTINUOUS. Formalized consulting engagements are often periodic and sometimes sporadic, while improvement effort needs to be made every day, most especially when the consulting team isn’t even in town!
Foster and encourage improvement efforts until continuous improvement becomes a part of your culture! This is the way. 👏👍🏼🙏
