ADHD isn’t just forgetfulness or quirks; it can be deeply disabling. Too often, people see only the “funny” side, but the reality is overwhelming and exhausting. Daily life for someone with ADHD involves constant distractions, lost time, and feelings of inadequacy—despite trying their hardest. We need to meet people with ADHD where they are, offering support, not judgment. Show compassion and understanding, acknowledging the full impact of ADHD and embracing those who live with it. #ADHDAwareness #Support #Neurodiversity

Most founders fit the criteria for ADHD. But don't want the label. "ADHD" has many negative connotations. If you're already successful, why would you want to be branded with a disorder? So to appeal to them, here are some alternative ways to describe someone with ADHD: - High quick-start - Driven - Fast brained - High-energy - Hyper ambitious - Scattered but brilliant - Hyperfocused - Tenacious - Risk-taker - World-class problem solver - Comfortable in chaos Although I'm behind these descriptions, I'm not ashamed of my ADHD diagnosis. As a founder with ADHD, I'm comfortable shouting about it and I hope it opens the door for others to do the same. What do you think? ♻️ Reshare if this hits home. #adhd #adhdcoach #founders
