Your Brand is not owned by you, its is by your customers! Brands today are, More than just a logo or tagline. It's a living thing shaped by how customers feel. When I think about my own experiences, I was once loyal to a brand. It wasn't about the product. The company always made me feel important and understood. That brand became a part of my life, and our relationship went beyond buying. In reality, customers own a brand they trust and care about. The only valid purpose of a business is to create customers. So much of sales depend on the Brand of a company. But branding doesn't only depend on marketers. How well does the sales person talk? How quickly does the problem get solved at the customer helpline? How easy was it to unbox, and how convenient was it to use your product? Are customers satisfied with the quality of your product? Does it justify the price you're charging, or will the customers feel no need to buy again? Do customers relate with your story and want to be associated with it? Don't complicate things. Your brand is not a logo, colours, design, or jingles with celebrities. Your brand is your reputation. And good reputation gets crafted only with a series of positive experiences. All the fancy stuff is secondary.

Redefine your strategy before you give up on your brand. We understand the journey. You start with a logo and general branding, you then create a product or service, you get excited to launch, but then… The customers don’t buy, frustration creeps in, your brand lacks substance, you enter the valley of despair and self doubt… This is when most people give up. But before doing so, you should ask yourself, have you ever redefined your strategy? Nothing changes if nothing changes. If you’re continuing with a strategy which clearly isn’t working, then the outcome is not going to change. Have you reflected on your past strategy and discovered what works and what doesn't? Clarity of service . . It involves clear communication of what the brand stands for, what it offers, and how it benefits customers, leading to a strong and consistent brand identity. Even if we have the best product/service in the world we will lose to an inferior product if our competitors offers is communicated more clearly. So what is your message? Can you say it easily Is it simple, relevant and repeatable? How many offers are we missing out because clients cant figure out what our offer is in between five seconds of visiting our profile. What we think we are saying to customers and what they actually hear are two different things. They make buying decisions not based on what you said but base on what they hear.
