Editor-in-Chief International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management -Full Professor of Business Logistics & Supply Chain Management at University of Verona
The study below published on International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management reveals that leveraging supply chain exploitation competencies weakens the negative link between disruption triggers' frequency and financial performance. Conversely, utilizing supply chain exploration competencies strengthens this association. Crucially, adopting a supply chain ambidexterity strategy, combining both exploitation and exploration practices, proves most effective in mitigating the impact of frequent disruption triggers on firm financial performance.
