As a long-term remote employee, I think suggesting remote employees are less diligent or productive than their in-office counterparts is a fallacious narrative. In my opinion, the foundation of a person's work ethic lies mostly in their individual work ethic. If workers believe they can reduce their effort or deviate from the standard working hours, they will do so, regardless of whether they are in the office or working remotely.

I think this is going to be a debate for a long time. I think it's fair to say that if you have a highly motivated , productive and conscientious employee- work from home options are great for some companies. However , if the employee is the opposite, then the work from home option isn't so great for the employer. Obviously there are more factors that go into this debate-but this is my opinion based on my experiences.

Then that means the staff got to comfortable smoking, drinking and taking breaks when they feel like it . Only meeting the minimum requirement plectrum achievements the company put before them Working wearing underwear or naked, taking zoom calls with an imoji or picture screen . While hung over Just a few of the unprofessional things not allowed on premise. The quality control of a company will eventually deminish if it has not already is why? Companies are ending remote work. What should happen next is companies should take this opportunity to clean house and upgrade to fresh blood in the company They would be well within thier rights to demand staff back to work or terminate as an opportunity to upgrade with fresh minds and enthusiastic drive with new staffing Lazy Bums

Truly shocked on the Dell results. Given the choice 50% chose WFH over promotions.
