Every year, World Environment Day is celebrated on the 5 June. It is the UN's main day of action for the environment and is supported by many. At BearingNet’s head office, we have an electric charging point ⚡️ for vehicles so that our employees can switch to electric vehicles. Electric motors perform better than normal combustion engines. The vehicles have a carbon footprint that is 50-80% smaller. Similarly, BearingNet’s industry magazine Best Bits has been converted to 90% digital format, reducing paper consumption by 75%. Over the last few months, we have planted more than 2,000 trees. Today, 2,000 Ceriops Tagal trees 🌳🌳 are growing as part of the Eden reforestation project.
