Instead, they focus on 'buy now' messaging, having failed to build awareness, establish trust and communicate the convincing reason to choose them over their competition. Leaving the coast clear for their competitors to be front of mind, and the preferred choice, when people want what they're selling.
In competitive, mature or homogenous markets, features, services or sales tactics can easily be copied. But your brand is your competitive advantage. It's what allows you to create a distinctive position that sets you apart.
Consistently delivering your brand and communicating the benefits you offer through your messaging is essential to establishing your business in people's minds.
