The "Addis Automotive Trade Fair & Expo" is designed to promote the Automotive sector and related industries by enhancing the competitiveness of local manufacturers through business networking and collaboration. The event aims to facilitate knowledge, skills, and technology transfer, foster innovation, create employment opportunities, and generate economic advantages. It also emphasizes environmental protection and policy development in support of sustainable development. As a comprehensive industry event, the Trade Fair and Expo will bring together automotive assembly companies, importers, agents, tyre and spare parts importers, heavy machinery and motor importers, oil and lubricant stations, garage and maintenance centers, transport associations, transit services, financial institutions, qlobal industrial and auto suppliers, green legacy advocates, non-governmental organizations, international chambers of commerce, business associations, mobility management, housing solution providers, green technology developers and cross-cutting service providers such as airlines, telecom companies, electric power and water services. Government representatives, policy makers, media, and other stakeholders will also participate to thoroughly examine the automotive and related sectors and leverage resources and partnerships, with a focus on both national and regional development. As part of advancing the mission and objectives of the Trade Fair, panel discussions will be held to address sectoral issues and prioritize strategic actions for the advancement of the sector and related world. 

50 Years in Business – The IAA – International Trade Fair (Post 36 of 50) With less than two weeks to go to this year’s IAA TRANSPORTATION International Trade Fair, we are busy preparing for what has become Europe’s largest commercial vehicle exhibition. Maple is delighted to be exhibiting once again at the prestigious road transport event, taking place in Hannover between 17th – 22nd September. The IAA has over 125 years of history, developing over the years from a simple product show, to become a fully integrated trade fair, covering the entire value-added chain for mobility, transport and logistics. It is not just the show itself that has evolved during that time – so too has organised criminal activity, which continues to blight European supply chains.
