It’s understandable to feel concerned about the ingredients in our food, especially when unfamiliar names sound intimidating or confusing. Did you know Thursday was National Food Day? I didn't either, but I think it's important! The theme for National Food Day is "Eat Real," which means cutting back on sugary drinks, overly processed foods, and factory-farmed meats and focusing on vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and sustainably raised protein! All great things to focus on!
