🚀 Excited to share that I’ve just completed a course on 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲𝐈𝐐 by SailPoint. Even with a few years of experience working with 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲𝐈𝐐 in my previous role, this was valuable. So I have been fortunate enough to help build the start of a world class IAM program. Sailpoint, CyberArk PAM/EPM, Quest, 1kosmo passwordless, Orca CSPM, the full suite of Microsoft E5 licensing and all defender products. But with so many products and problems to solve and the rapidly changing threat landscape it is easy to lose track of your progress and not get full value out of your tool sets. it's just as important to Follow up with TAM, CSM etc and stay up to date with roadmaps and listen to your partners about how they can help solve a problem (not everything is an upsale) and maybe take a step back from purchasing every now and then and revamp your 3/5 year road map to ensure new gaps aren't missed.
