C#/.Net Developer - NO C2C Job Responsibilities: 1. What will this person be responsible for on a day to day basis? Call center technology applications such as IVR, Task Management system, etc. These applications are TMS is everything from buy-flow, etc. to for example if a customer needed to call in and order new service - the agent takes the call and then it is tasked as a new task that needs to be done - touches order orchestration, etc. Internal development for Task Management System - The TMS system creates tasks for tasks that are created out of the call center, and other buyflow grops. They use ASP.net 4.0 & MVC - htm, css, javascript 15% Front-End/ 70% Middleware 15% on the backend 2. Is there a specific business unit your team supports? Call center technology/customer workflow processes 3. What % of the job is new project work vs. maintaining what's currently in place? All new development 4. Can you give me an example or two of projects this person will be involved with/ responsible for? They are building a Billing Automation tool that is core .Net with a React.js front-end with Graphql API calls on top of Linux in Kubernetes. Let's say marketing comes to the billing operations team and says they are changing their 3 rd party biller or are offering a promotion, etc. - it allows it to be implemented automatically into all their customers' accounts. Another example - they gave credits for the Disney outage that happened a few months ago. Based on how long the customer experienced an outage - the customer got in the form of credits - They rolled this out using TMS and it automatically calculated MUST HAVE skillsets: What are the key experiences, skillsets, technologies, domain knowledge, etc. that this person must have experience with
