The newly established GSA 8(a) Pool empowers 8(a) contractors to: Distinguish themselves to federal buyers by displaying an 8a or 8aS emblem indicating their participation in the pool, become eligible for both sole source and competitive 8(a) set-asides, and offer buyers an efficient ordering process for competitive set-asides.
