The first thing I ask new clients to do is a family tree. In our first meeting we have a look at it together, and I listen to stories. I'm always interested in feelings, loyalties, bonds, secrets and separation in the family system. We often find systemic patterns; - stuff repeats. It is usually the client who wants to end the cycle of neglect, abuse, and carrying burdens which belong to the past. We also look for all the good that has come through the generations, the resilience and strength. I help my clients get firmly rooted, so that they feel safe when the next storm comes along. Family Constellations Therapy is a mind-blowingly powerful approach, and I feel blessed to be able to help people to move forward. #familyconstellations #familyconstellationtherapy #TheTRANSFORMProcessTM #intergenerationalhealing #ancestralhealing #systemiccoaching

In adulthood, we often overlook the profound impact effects of traumatic experiences from childhood such as abuse, neglect, and household dysfunction can imprint on our lives. The impact of such trauma may not become apparent immediately to those who have lived experiences, as these memories can remain dormant for years.
