"People often say to follow your gut when making major life decisions. While that's sound advice, what if your gut is unhealthy and leads to poor choices?" 🤔 Have you ever thought of the connection between your gut and your brain '🧠' ? I hadn't either, until I realized that my productivity is significantly impacted by my gut health. 3 simple steps which I follow for a healthy gut are, ✅ Eating fruits and vegetables as many as possible ✅ 7-8 hrs of sound sleep ✅ 60 minutes of aerobic exercise for at-least 5 days a week Based on my personal experience, I feel that "𝐀 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮." Remember the last time you decided to exercise regularly or eat healthier? The key lies in understanding the habit loop: cue, routine, reward. By using this model, we can form long-lasting behaviors that stick. Start with SMART goals—make them Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. For example, aim for a daily 30-minute walk. This specificity not only boosts motivation but fosters accountability. Consistency is crucial. Begin with small steps and gradually increase your commitment. Track your progress—journaling or apps can be pivotal in maintaining motivation.
