Play Effortlessly ↓ Ever noticed how some tennis players seem to glide effortlessly across the court? their movements smooth? their shots flawless? Overall, they’re just fun to watch. But you on the other hand… Sometimes you feel like Federer, other times… as Borat would say “not so much.” If you HATE this back and forth feeling or just being awkward, then listen up. Follow the below and change for good 👇 1️⃣ Get into your figure 8 Stop jumping around like a pogo stick. You look dumb. Get down like a lion ready to attack his pray. Get into your Figure 8 with your hips. Why? It's about being prepared and agile, ready to respond with elegance rather than haste. 2️⃣ Use your coil Forget jerking your racket back in a rush. Instead, let your strokes flow in a natural, coiled motion. - Leave your finger on the strings for that perfect control - Allow your racket to move in a rounded path This creates a foundation for a more refined, effortless looking (and feeling) game. 3️⃣ Lug it around Start acting like the racket is the heaviest thing you’ve ever picked up. Act like you’re a 3 year old who can hardly hold the racket up. Seriously. Don't just whip the racket head back. Lug it back with purpose, like carrying a big bag of sand. - As you prepare to strike, lug the racket forward Starting with a rounded motion sets you up for that beautiful flow… AND it makes your game not just effective but also visually stunning. 🔥 Follow for more tips to start hitting a bigger ball with less effort. #beyondtennis #tennis #tennisfundamentals #tennistips #tenniscoach #tennistraining #tennistechnique #tennislesson #tennispro #tennisplayer #protennis #learntennis #playtennis
