This is why Project Managers and Product Managers need to make sure all stakeholders who may be impacted by this product need to have a seat at the table from the beginning. Performing iterations/sprints while keeping an eye on the risk register, will ensure vulnerabilities will be found and addressed before the product is completed. #AgileMethodologies
