𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 Last year, I made a promise to myself: 𝙄 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬 𝙞𝙣 𝙢𝙮 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙧. Little did I know, that growth would find me in ways I never expected. One of the most exciting journeys has been planning upcoming events (details coming soon 🤫). Let me tell you, coordinating a team is no walk in the park. It’s a dance of patience and understanding, getting to know each person’s strengths and weaknesses, finding common ground, and ensuring everyone feels seen and valued. Some days, it’s challenging. On other days, it’s incredibly rewarding to watch it all come together. If there’s one lesson I’m taking away from this experience, it’s this: growth isn’t always comfortable, but it’s worth every bit of effort. 💪 What’s been your biggest lesson in growth recently? #GrowthJourney #Teamwork #CareerDevelopment #EventPlanning
What’s something you’ve worked on recently that made you step out of your comfort zone?
Congratulations on your growth process and your new role. Trust me, communication does it better every time. Talk to your team. Learning people can still be done while achieving the goal of the team
With patience and understanding teamwork thrives. Good to know you are intentional about growth Happy Friday
Growth is not comfortable 📌 Embrace the process and learn as you go. Happy weekend dear Jackline Mutuku 🤎

Growth truly does happen in the most unexpected ways. Jackline Mutuku
Such an inspiring reflection on growth! It’s true, growth often comes with unexpected lessons. For me, the biggest takeaway has been embracing discomfort as a catalyst for improvement. Looking forward to hearing more about your upcoming events! 🚀
I agree with you, again growth is a journey. You get to achieve whatever you want through the small habits that you take up and little by little you will get to notice a change. That little change is what should be keeping you moving. This will eventually bring you to the goals that you wanted to achieve.
