Do you want to speak or be heard? If you want to be influential, you have to speak to be heard. I think every speaker can fix their mistakes to become world class if you never stop. You have a unique story from your childhood, from your past, from your now. That someone needs to hear. You and I have a privilege when we're on the stage. Your audience. Your audience helps you to enhance your presentation by their reactions but their responses. So as you present delivering material, be vigilant. When a head nods, when someone writes something down, when they poke their neighbor, they're telling you, oh, that's good. Use the response of the audience to help you enhance your presentation, and that way everybody or her body win. My question to you is this. Do you want to speak? Or be heard.
