Throwing more people at problems in construction is no longer a viable option for getting projects completed on time (if it ever was) 🚫 The US now has a labour shortage of 500k construction workers which will only grow in the next decade as 1/5 of the current workforce hits retirement age by 2030 👴 Construction will have to accomplish more with less resources, which is where technology & innovation will shine in the years to come 🪄
