Another tricky week navigated here at ATSPACE LTD to all but round off another tricky month. We've had a lot of challenges this month, with the main ones being availability and managing the expectations of our clients (partly due to the availability issue). I'm pleased to say we have just about kept our heads above the water on both fronts. Sure, we've had the odd cock up here and there but who doesn't? It's not time to stand still and we've taken some really positive strides to make sure we improve and grow: - 3 x New Engineers hired and should be operational in August. - 4 x New Energy Assessors are now fully trained and carrying out work. - 2 x New Client Relationship Managers are now fully trained and serving. - Logistics Platform and CRM System are both one step closer. - Improved Employee Benefits have been rolled out. The mindset of our team is superb and I'm so excited to see where it takes us. Especially considering you are always just at the start! #DeliveringBeyondCompliance

Great to get down to Hill Group UK’s Aylesbury FDS site in Southwark earlier this week to drop off a box of donated goods from the ATSPACE LTD office team, for one of the many Foodbank’s and local causes being supporting as part of Hill Partnerships Social Value effort. I also had the privilege of sitting down with Salma Khan to discuss other Social Value ventures and opportunities, which has opened my eyes to other ways in which we can make positive contributions, more regularly.
