Hey all I am more than happy ClearView Merchant Consulting is doing a Meet the Team series! One of the reasons I decided to join this company was because of the vision Noa Lager has for us! But as I have worked here I think it is these things that I enjoy about working with Noa: 1) Humble- A leader who knows he does not know everything perfectly, willing to check himself and the company for weak spots and seek help. 2) Servant- Any time I have a question, I know I can count on Noa to help me with it. There are so many aspects of payment processing that if you are new to the industry are very confusing, but he has helped me through them. Or any time I have a project or something where I need his help, he is willing to do it! 3) Caring- He has cared for me as a person in several different ways including: praying for me and my family when we have gone through something tough. Or words of encouragement when times are tough in sales, etc. 4) Has created a company with values I believe in- Clearview strives for: transparency (what the costs are and will be) not many do that, cutting unnecessary added fees (no-rate increase guarantee for loyal customers, no Early Termination Fees, no contracts (month-to-month), ability to pick who pays for card fees, a focus on Customer Support, etc. I can go on and on. 5) Creativity- I think a lot like him in that I am always trying to be creative in how we do business. Asking questions like: Is this the best way to (x)? Is there a better way? How can we do (x) that would be best for everyone? And he gives lots of room for us to be creative! There are so many more great things as well.
