Ranking 2 in the top 25 ETF issuers in 2023, BlackRock, claimed a close runner-up position after increasing its extensive market share remaining relatively unchallenged in scale across several key exposures. The iShares Core S&P 500 UCITS ETF (CSPX) remained Europe's largest ETF at the end of 2023, housing $70.7bn assets while the iShares Core MSCI World UCITS ETF (SWDA) claimed the most inflows, with $9.4bn net new assets last year and $25.9bn over the past three years. Betashares Australia 200 ETF (A200) has been identified as the best diversified Australian equities ETF according to a new analysis by Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM). This conclusion came from a comparison of A200 with @iShares Core S&P/ASX 200 ETF (IOZ) and SPDR S&P/ASX 200 ETF (STW), where A200 outperformed across various time frames and profitability metrics. Despite the similar holdings and risk metrics among the ETFs, A200’s lower management fees and better risk-adjusted returns placed it ahead, although IOZ was preferred for its methodology and liquidity features.
