While I was watching the ongoing #ParisParalympics... I remembered a journey of a person. Not a sports person nor well known to 100% of the people reading this post. His story is nothing less of any amazing life journeys. He is physically disabled, yet due to his financial conditions he has to do some work to lead his family. He decided to be a bike taxi rider, so with his will, he designed a bike which has 4 wheels and resembles a car. I met him while I have booked a ride on one of the apps and he was the rider. While I was onboard, he made sure that I feel comfortable on it. Not just that he was so friendly and has shared me his provoking story when I asked. He was so generous, that made me think the world needs more people like him. This story is a wake up call for everyone who procrastinates and dreams of having something, but never works for it. Disability is just for #mind not for #body.

Hackathons are fun!!🤩 Bringing an idea into a shape within a day is no joke and this hackathon has proved that again.😌 Future Minds Hackathon - organized by Innovations lab at Miracle Software Systems, Inc is a huge hit as we have put our heart and soul to bring ideations to life. 💫 I am proud and elated to say that my team has secured first place in the Hackathon!! 🥇😅 Our idea is to make life of an employer easy, by automating the assignment of tasks with the help of #GenAI We are so happy that, this was one of the best initiatives by Chanakya Lokam and his amazing team. Listen less, talk more!?😶🌫️🫣 There were situations where I get into trouble by myself. It is because of listening less and talking more.🤧 At times, we have to remind ourselves that "Everyone's question is not for you to answer and Everyone's problem is not for you to solve" Listening plays a vital role in the development of a conversation... Pre-determining/judging the person or a situation even before it has started is a major problem. 👇👇 It puts you in a "Listen less, talk more" sitaution and in turn throws you into trouble. I have been in this situation a lot of times and it feels bad to be there! So, "Talk less, Listen more!"

This is my first job! And it has been so hard for me to cope up for the very first week. I felt like going back home....🥲 On top of that I heard a lot of things that made me bad. Is LinkedIn Premium worth it's price?🤔 I have used LinkedIn premium a few months ago. Back then I didn't know about the #benefits that it provides.....
