Monday’s are for productive rest……💻🤍 Setting yourself up for productivity matters, it’s all in your routine and your mindset. We may not have all the answers, but what we will have is evidence. A few things I do in order to keep up with productive rest : 1. Sunday Reset : Keep the reset to a maximum of 5 tasks in order to complete and avoid being overwhelmed. These tasks can cover your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. This is self-care not a chore in order for you to feel like you did something, this is care so you can do. 2. Do It Now: All the small tasks you can do in or under 5-10 mins, do it in the moment. Procrastination wins when all the tasks from 5mins to 2 days end up all needing to be completed at the same time. 3. Anxiety Exercises and or Practices: Some of us know we are just about functioning, so how we start the day is important. Praying, devotion, breathing exercises, planning and brainstorming will enable you therefore you can be productive in the day. 4. Tell Yourself The Truth: Work towards being self aware, there is so much content telling us who and what we should be, so we need to be as intentional about being aware. Ask the hard questions : Do you not like working for yourself or is life really hard right now so it’s not as easy as you thought? Do you have an excellent business or did you go viral and therefore make money without business etiquette?…..
