I’ll confess that, in my experience, professional success has a lot to do with being more free, knowing that nothing limits you, and that what you achieve — whether it’s a lot or a little — will depend on you and your effort. In my professional transformation over the last seven years, I went from being a public employee to becoming a consultant, and later, a small business owner… and with each passing day, I feel freer. 🇪🇸 Este error es el culpable de que los sueños de mucha gente se queden en un cajón… y yo también lo cometí hace años. No trates de perfeccionar demasiado una idea de negocio, un proyecto o un producto. La necesidad que tienen algunas personas de alcanzar la perfección es la responsable de que muchos sueños profesionales o planes de vida se queden solo en eso… Mira, hoy me avergüenzo de mis primeras ideas de negocio, no puedo evitarlo. Sé que fueron fruto de mi ingenuidad y mi falta de preparación, y fracasé con ellas. Pero hay algo de lo que me alegro… Traté de ponerlas en marcha de forma rápida, sin tener todos los detalles bajo control. Uno de los errores más comunes al emprender es dedicar demasiado tiempo a definir el proyecto, el producto o el servicio que quieres ofrecer. Es mejor salir ahí fuera y testear la demanda de lo que ofreces, entender qué necesita tu cliente, y poder corregir ágilmente. 🇪🇸  Piensa si tienes una vida profesional cómoda… Si es así, estás desaprovechando tu potencial, siento decirte esto pero para exprimir tu potencial debes sentir la velocidad, tienes que notar que vas un poco al límite, al menos durante alguna temporada.
