The DfE have published v1 of the Apprenticeship funding rules for 2024 to 2025. Here's a summary of the key changes: • Reducing the administrative requirements associated with onboarding an apprentice and monitoring their progress. • Reducing the administrative requirements for learning support. • Reviewing the minimum requirement for active learning. • Introducing a new de-minimis in relation to subcontracting. • Widening the flexibilities in English and Maths requirements for apprentices who have learning difficulties and disabilities. • Updating the transfer policy. They have given levy-paying providers greater flexibility to use transfers and deliver training to receiving employers. Change is inevitable, and it’s crucial for your organization to have a plan to adapt to these key changes. 📈 If you need support navigating these updates and ensuring your apprenticeship programs align with the new rules, don’t hesitate to reach out. #Apprenticeships #FundingRules #Education #Training #DfE #WorkforceDevelopment
