What you want in a Managing Director is someone who aligns with your values and ethics whilst bringing a unique outlook to your world and a skillset that compliments yours. Someone just like Kevin Tewis-Allen 🤝 Kevin and I are similar and driven by the same goals. We’re fine with giving each other hard feedback and challenge each daily but with the utmost respect. We always want to see how far we can take our success and that has been a goal of ours since the start but at the same time, we direct our attention and priorities differently 🙏 In fact, we are really lucky we agree on nearly everything, it’s pretty scary! What makes it work is that most of what we do can be approached as divide and conquer so we can get so much more done 📈 The way our personalities balance is one of the big reasons we’ve made it this far and can do what we do. We’ve taken risks, had difficult conversations and faced some challenges but have thrived together. After a few years, you really get to understand your working relationship with someone and that’s a strong position to be in. Here’s to the last two years of working together 🦁
