What a moment it was as our very first Tim Birley Rising Star Award recipient was named in December 2023! I spoke at a conference recently where the organization recognized someone who was not only a top performer, but who also created community impact - inside and outside of the organization. When he got his award, you could see the pride on his face. And his mom was there to watch, too. So sweet and heartwarming for everyone.
