Trust is a Core Value at Precision Talent Solutions. Trust is built over time and can be lost in an instant. I've learnt this over 58 years of life experience. This being true in our work and social life. How many of us can say "I've lost complete trust in that person or action" - I know I have. It is about doing what you say you are going to do, being on time, talking to the limitations of your candidates, responding crisply to client requests, checking in on your clients when you don’t need anything, etc. I believe we our all trustworthy in one way or another but how many of us have cut corners or said something that's not quite the truth? When things go wrong, even when the fault is yours, it is an opportunity to build trust. A speedy recovery, flexibility in repairing whatever happened, transparency and honesty in accepting your responsibility will likely improve your relationship with the client despite the mishap. This has been a long time coming, and we are *really* excited to announce some next steps for the firm. Jim and I have been working since December on our Vivid Vision, an expanded and fleshed-out mission statement based on the book by Cameron Herold. Imagine what your business will be in 3 years in every aspect, from hiring and team culture to specialization and vendor relationships. It looks a little different for different types of businesses, and for a law firm, it means telling everyone what type of lawyers we are at Betz & Port. Why share your vision so openly with people? What if you fail to achieve the goals you talk about? What if you drop the ball? We've had a lot of discussion about it. The reason we've decided to be so open about our vision is because regardless of where the world will be in 3 years, we know where we want to be and what it takes to get there. Whoever joins our team in the next three years will know where we're headed, and anyone who wants to work with our firm will not have to parse out what we're looking for in our relationships. We love clarity. It drives success. It pulls the people who want to work with us closer, and pushes away the people who wouldn't be a good fit anyway. Internally, it motivates our team to row the boat in the same direction. I'll post the link in the comments.

Dear Business Partners, It is with mixed emotions that I reach out to inform you of some recent changes within our team at HBA MFL. It is always our priority to maintain transparency and uphold the values that define our business. Recently, we were constrained to take legal action against one of our former employees. As detailed in that lawsuit, we discovered a breach of trust by Isaak Goldstien, who, despite being bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), engaged in unauthorized business activities. Regrettably, our investigation revealed that Isaak Goldstien went behind our backs by, among other things, creating and operating a competing business, and, in the process, compromising sensitive information about our vendors and clients. This blatant violation of our trust and the agreements in place is both disheartening and against the principles that govern our operations. We take such matters seriously, and upon discovery of these actions, we promptly initiated legal proceedings and obtained a Temporary Restraining Order barring Isaak and his wife Tatiana “Racheli” Goldstein from, among other things, improperly competing against us, including through their unlawfully competing company Righteous Distribution, and soliciting our customers and suppliers. At HBA MFL, we are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of the relationships we build with both our valued customers and esteemed vendors. It is unfortunate that the actions of one individual can disrupt the trust that is the bedrock of our partnerships. Rest assured, we have taken immediate steps to rectify the situation. Isaak Goldstien is no longer associated with HBA MFL, and we are reinforcing our internal security measures to prevent any recurrence of such incidents. We value the relationships we've built over the years, and we want to assure you that this incident is an exception to the standards we uphold. We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in HBA MFL. Our commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining the highest ethical standards remains unwavering.
