Today, we mark National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 🟠 Last week we hosted an event at ICBC’s Head Office where employees explored a curated library of books and online resources by Indigenous authors. This initiative, led by our Indigenous Relations team, is part of ICBC’s Reconciliation Action Plan to help educate employees on our shared histories and Indigenous experiences. It also supports departments in working towards their reconciliation commitments. 📚 This library equips ICBC employees with knowledge, empowering their learning journeys. By fostering a culturally- and trauma-informed perspective, it strengthens our commitment to supporting Indigenous Peoples in BC, ensuring employees are better prepared in their work. To finalize the transaction, the necessary approval was obtained from the President of Russia in accordance with the Presidential Decree No. 520. The former Russian subsidiary of HSBC will continue to operate under the new brand.
