Honest feedback is definitely important and crucial to building trust and a culture of continuous growth. I coach many high achieving women who are craving for feedback that drives them to go to their next level. Many of them are frustrated because they simply get: “You are doing a good job. Keep doing what you are doing.” I had a client that shared that he told his team member that he did a good job at giving a presentation because he didn’t want to discourage him. That is not of service as a leader!! Leaders need the courage to give honest and constructive feedback that fosters continuous growth. Empowering female leaders at ALDI 🚀   Yesterday, we kicked off "Female !mpulse," our new female leadership network at ALDI SÜD.
