Despite initial challenges, the trust placed in us to implement our process in the Real Estate business has paid off. Building a robust pipeline of leads on the CRM has been key. With 8 contracts signed this month and 5 deals set to close, the momentum is palpable. What excites me the most is setting the stage for future success, with deals lined up for months ahead and a promising forecast of closing 15+ deals monthly by year-end. The lesson learned?
