In-person networking is the number one answer from our insurance customers when asked why they attend the DXC Connect Insurance Executive Forum. The DXC team believes in the power of bringing together our ecosystem of insurers, reinsurers, partner and colleagues to collaborate. I love knowing our customers see the value in gathering with the DXC insurance community. Last year at our Charleston executive forum, I had the honor of hosting our roundtable discussions. It was a highlight for me as I was inspired to see a room filled with hundreds of insurance leaders discussing challenges and opportunities and sharing insights. Since the last time we met, our team has been taking action based on our learnings from the last year. What have we done? We rebuilt our Product Advisory Groups and User Groups and created virtual communities to formalize engagement with our customers. We’ve prioritized our roadmap investments to align with their needs and feedback.
