The break was just what I needed to come back feeling refreshed and ready to tackle new challenges. It's amazing how a bit of time away with the family and some decent weather can re-energise both body and mind. Many companies ramp up their hiring efforts to ensure they have the right talent in place for the upcoming year. FYI - last year's Q4 saw a 12% increase in tech job postings in the UK (Source: Tech Nation). That's why now is the prime time to align recruitment strategies with year-end goals to secure top-notch talent. #Technology #Recruitment #TechJobs 🖥️
