Sometimes the most value can be found in things you think are ineffectual, diminutive, innocuous. You've been told all your lives that the Lion is the king of the animal kingdom. It isn't. the lion is terrified of another animal, so are rhinos and other large animals known as apex predators. That animal is the honey badger. Small, furry, seemingly cute and looking like a little skunk, the honey badger is ruthless, cunning and highly adaptable to adversity and challenge. Unassuming power and influence can come in the tiniest of places. And from the smallest, and quietist people. Because someone is big, loud and puffs up and preens like social peacock doesn't mean that what they're saying or selling is truth. And because lions run in groups, APTLY called 'PRIDES' doesnt mean they are truly that dangerous. Repeating one another, supporting one another. Most would tell you gangs, animals, run in packs because they are social animals and mostly scared of being alone. Because the biggest bullies, who stick together and repeat one another, seem to be winning and gaining more headway than the rest of us, doesn't mean they will always win and you will always lose. Search yourself and determine what your secret power is. What would it look like if an army of honey badgers were to unite and organize to address larger threats of subjugation and control? Embrace the beauty of your inner honey badger. Spend some time, go down the rabbit hole and learn about Stoffel, the honey badger. Then embrace the fact that you are not alone. #solidarity #designcommunity #power #organizationaldesign #servicedesign https://lnkd.in/d8i7kCuK

May 5 marked 39 years since the tragic discovery of the bodies of Agent Camarena and Captain Zavala. Since there is a significant amount of disinformation about the discoveries and surrounding events, this Episode provides facts to set the record straight. Initially, we discuss Commandante Pavon Reyes and the kidnapping of Captain Zavala, identifying the widely disseminated false narratives. Next, we describe the massacre at Bravo Ranch and the subsequent discovery of the bodies of Agent Camarena and Captain Zavala. Finally, we examine the reasonable inferences of a conspiracy arising from the Bravo Ranch facts.

Chris Brown & Tory Lanez: Birds of a Feather Always Flock Together. Chris brown's latest interview really highlighted for me how much these toxics, narcissists and abusive types travel in packs and I think it's important that we talk about it, so you aren't fooled by the ultimate wolf in sheep's clothing. Check out this latest video and let me know your thoughts in the comments.

Watch the Magic That Happened When These Elephants Reunited An elephant’s skin can be more than an inch thick. But their thick skin doesn’t make them impervious to heartbreak and loneliness. And they’re able to communicate their pain – as well as joy and contentment – if you’re willing to listen. There are some heart-warming examples of humans paying attention to elephant language, like when these elephants reunited back in 2008. Here’s the story about Jenny and Shirley, and the lessons they taught us about an elephant’s unique personalities…and why it’s so important to learn how to communicate with animals. Narrated by Stacy Keach, this documentary is worth a watch. It shows all of the facets of wildland fire: history, current situation involving major conflagrations (albeit a dated 2000 fire season), and the future. We battle a century-old public perception that fire is evil… and the fact that fire is a natural phenomenon that pre-dates our arrival on this continent. Add to that the ever-expanding human presence in natural landscapes, and we arrive at our current crossroads. Prescribed burning is one part of the complex solution, requiring technical expertise, persuasive public presentations, and exactly the right weather conditions to be successful.

https://lnkd.in/eBxSkZU5 In Episode 35, Professor Quibblefeather studies the Blue-ringed Octopus. The blue-ringed octopus is a small but highly venomous sea creature that is found in tide pools and coral reefs in the Pacific and Indian Oceans. Despite its tiny size, its bite can deliver a deadly neurotoxin capable of paralyzing and killing humans within minutes. Recognized by its vibrant blue rings, which appear more vivid when threatened, this octopus is a master of camouflage. Its venom contains tetrodotoxin, for which there is no known antidote, making encounters potentially fatal if not treated promptly. New to the series is Bailey, the blue-ringed octopus.

How well do you know your Amphibians? They are cute but deadly. Some are poisonous while others are venomous, and some, well, are hideous. That is if you are the Loveland Frogman or the flesh-eating Kappa from Japan. On this episode we take a break from the norm to present to you “Amphibian Terrors”. It’s about to get creepy. https://lnkd.in/gYc9JXHa
