Food Topic Aug 20: Intake, cigarettes  An easy way to stop smoking is by repleting amino acids, using L-tyrosine and L- phenylalanine. A few months of that and a conscious effort is all that is needed not to smoke. These amino acids are the willpower to not smoke. After you are replete, it is easy not to smoke. Then you can smoke with a plan like, “In 6 months I will have a cigarette with my friends”. At this point, the control to do this is in the amino acid repletion. During this time if you think you want to smoke then replete amino acids. I think of wanting to smoke as a need for repletion. Further, when you want to make a plan to smoke, it can be helpful to think of this as a need to replete amino acids. Because I do not smoke, To an extent, non-social urges to make a plan for smoking later this year is a sign of amino acid depletion. If you want to make a plan then get replete. I think not smoking should be effortless, but eventually, you have to decide whether to spend the money on amino acids or not. Here are some Canadian products at Amazon, which I buy.
