I love that, Jamy! My "why" has always been to break the stereotype of HR by bringing "heart" into each business I impact. I think it boils down to something similar to your why - I have a fundamental belief that organizations are FAR more likely to achieve successes when the people relationships are prioritized and well-nurtured.
Great question. I would love to live in a world where we can all joyfully work, grow and progress in our service to each other. I don’t think there’s a reason why it shouldn’t be that way.
