I am consistently impressed by the business acumen of EE. WHY? 1. Awareness Many businesses REACT. EE proactively pays attention and does compassionate things like this. The right thing - is always the right thing. 2. Strategy Part I > Relevant Simply breathtaking how they’ve reinvented what it means to be a customer. Amazing and unique gaming offers. Providing specific, real world benefits to gamers. 3. Strategy Part II > EE ID When is the last time some company said, “everyone welcome?” They ALL say that to acquire customers. But no one - until now - says, “everyone welcome. Customer or not. Enjoy!” 4. Everyone Welcome The world is a diverse place, and EE celebrates differences. This is the thinking of TODAY and TOMORROW. Not yesterday. The modern consumer wants to believe in the company behind the products they sell. Why am I a Vodafone customer? - International roaming. It’s a transaction - not a belief or relationship. Have I ever considered changing prior? - No. telco services are traditionally commoditized. Why take the time to even research a commodity? Am I considering changing NOW? - Yeah. For all the reasons above. Which brings me to point … 5. Strategy Part III > Do the Right Thing! - The only way to be BETTER … is to think differently. There is a lot to ❤️❤️❤️ here!

The thoughts of us all at EE are with everyone affected by Hurricane Otis. We’re crediting back charges for mobile calls, texts and data used in Mexico, as well as mobile and landline calls from the UK to Mexico, between 25 October and 29 October (inclusive). We’re closely monitoring the situation, and will help customers in the region wherever we can.
