The wellness break 😊. If you, your significant other, or your little ones are feeling the first signs of a cold coming on, you can boost your immune systems with this fantastic infusion recipe. 💪 To get back on track quickly, it's super easy. Just grab a handful of fresh thyme (1 tablespoon) or dried thyme (1 teaspoon) and pop it into 200 ml of cold water. Then, gently heat the water until it starts to simmer, and then turn off the heat. Let it steep for about 5 to 10 minutes. After that, strain out the infusion to remove the thyme leaves, and if you're dealing with a sore throat, you can add a bit of honey for its antibacterial properties and its soothing effect. You can enjoy this infusion several times a day to ease those pesky cold symptoms. And it's suitable for all ages. 😊 Thyme is well-known for its antiseptic, antibacterial, and antiviral properties, making it a potent natural remedy for respiratory infections like the common cold, even for kids. And hey, I'm letting you in on a secret ingredient in the video. 👊💖😊 What about you? What are your go-to grandma remedies for a cold? P.S. Remember, this isn't a substitute for professional medical advice tailored to your specific circumstances. #homeremedies #selfcare #wellbeing #kawabungaparents #parentalcoach #coldrelief

As we age, our immune system naturally weakens, making us more vulnerable to infections, illnesses, and prolonged recovery times. This decline can significantly impact overall health and quality of life for seniors. Without a strong immune system, even common illnesses can become serious health threats. This vulnerability can lead to frequent doctor visits, hospitalizations, and a decrease in the ability to enjoy daily activities. The constant worry about getting sick can be a source of stress and anxiety, further weakening the immune system. But there are ways to bolster your immune system and protect your health: 📍Eat a Balanced Diet: A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains is key to a strong immune system. 🥗 📍Stay Active: Regular exercise helps boost immunity and keeps you healthy. 📍Get Enough Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night to help your body recover and strengthen immunity. 📍Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your immune system functioning properly. 📍Manage Stress: Practice stress-relief techniques like meditation and deep breathing to support your immune health. 📍Regular Check-Ups: Stay on top of your health with regular check-ups and preventive care. By incorporating these tips into your daily routine, you can strengthen your immune system and enjoy a healthier, more active life. Certified holistic health coach specializing in integrative nutrition. Helps clients reclaim energy and life by addressing root causes of HPA axis, stress, thyroid, and adrenal dysfunction.
This lights me up and makes my day! I love these messages 🥰 This particular client suffered from severe eczema on both her hands and legs, in addition to experiencing gut issues. Despite being on various prescriptions for years to address her eczema, she saw no improvement. While these medications provided temporary relief, they did not address the underlying cause of her condition. Upon delving into her health history and dietary habits, it became apparent that she had a history of frequent antibiotic use, along with other unhealthy habits such as high stress levels, lack of self-care, skipping meals, consuming packaged foods, relying on energy drinks, and not getting enough sleep. To address her health issues, we focused on the following steps: Remove, Restore, Replace, Reinoculate, and Recharge. By following these steps, we aimed to improve her gut health, as the skin is often a reflection of one's gut health. Remember, taking care of your gut is essential for overall health and well-being! Translation Hello! Yes, everything is going great, it just rolls on 😃 🥰 My stomach and skin feel sooo much better! #GutBrain #guthealth #stress #eczema #leakygut #health #healthylifestyle #holistichealth #healthcoach #healthwithannika #hpaaxis

Here are some essential tips to manage your asthma effectively: Dust, pollen, smoke, and even exercise can trigger asthma attacks. Knowing your triggers helps you avoid them or be prepared. Inhalers are your first line of defense. Shake it, breathe out fully, hold it in the right position, and inhale deeply after pressing the medicine into your mouth. Track your breathing - Monitor your peak flow readings (if advised) and look for any changes in your condition. Exercise, eat a balanced diet, and get enough sleep - Lifestyle changes can improve overall health and potentially reduce asthma symptoms. #kauveryhospitalradialroad #asthma #lunghealth #pulmnology #wheezing #asthmatreatment #healthcare

Lifestyle choices play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy heart, and together with #DrDalalAkoury, #AWAREmed, and #4235293591, we're here to share some valuable tips: Eat Heart-Healthy: Opt for a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Limit saturated fats, salt, and sugar to keep your heart in top shape. Stay Active: Regular physical activity helps maintain a healthy weight and improves heart function. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. Quit Smoking: Smoking is a major risk factor for heart disease. If you smoke, seek support to quit, and if you don't, never start. Manage Stress: Chronic stress can affect your heart. Practice relaxation techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga to reduce stress levels. Monitor Blood Pressure: High blood pressure is a leading cause of heart valve disease. Get regular check-ups and follow your doctor's advice to keep it in check. Limit Alcohol: Excessive alcohol consumption can harm your heart. If you drink, do so in moderation. Stay Hydrated: Proper hydration helps maintain healthy blood volume and circulation. Aim for 8-10 glasses of water daily. Get Quality Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to allow your heart to rest and repair. Know Your Family History: Be aware of your family's heart health history, as genetics can play a role in heart valve disease risk. Regular Check-ups: Don't skip regular health check-ups. Early detection of heart issues can lead to better outcomes. Let's make heart health a priority and spread awareness about heart valve disease prevention. Share these tips with your loved ones to help them lead heart-healthy lives! ❤️ #HeartValveHealth #LifestyleTips #HeartHealth #NationalHeartValveDiseaseAwarenessDay
