𝘞𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘢 𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘮𝘢𝘴 𝘮𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘭𝘦. 🎄 May this story be a reminder that we need to start with intention.  And to trust and nurture that gut instinct.  And may this be a reminder that we have much to be grateful for receiving in this 🎄 holiday season. 🎄 I had been cutting back on expenses this month. In light of some upcoming changes, I felt the need to save on household extras.  So I decided to forgo a Christmas tree and my offspring made one out of recycled paper. Still December for me is like magic in the air, and I always loved the smell of the tree so I would get one for the years when the kids are scheduled for my place. Somehow I had a small inkling that we would still be able to get a tree, I just didn't know how. Until I saw an IG giveaway with SING SEE SOON FLORAL & LANDSCAPE PTE LTD and decided to try my luck. And... today, this was delivered and we immediately put on the lights from the storeroom. This meant a lot, especially on a year when I thought I couldn't get one. These little moments of magic mean something personally, even if it seems like a frivolous wish. And made even more special when I could tap into my intuition for just a few moments to manifest this intention. So yes, while I'm all about creating frameworks, looking at strategy and ecosystem trends, building roadmaps, executing operational plans, I know the power of our intuition.  That it is a muscle to practise, whether with interacting with someone else, the space you're in or getting ideas in the flow.  I'm not one to poo poo intuition in what I do - and I do make mistakes when I don't listen to my gut. After a refreshing Christmas and New Year break, I’m back and ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities that 2025 has in store. For us, the goal of our delivery hasn’t changed……. Help our clients move from having a good business to a GREAT BRAND. For those that are not aware of the difference, here is a quick reminder. → A good business is where you have an ecosystem of clients and suppliers. You procure services/materials from your suppliers, and you deliver services/materials to your clients. And the world goes round. The problem is, no one outside of this ecosystem knows who you are. It can make growth slow and leaves you at the mercy of forces outside of your control. If things go wrong in that ecosystem then it can have a huge knock-on effect. → A great brand radiates beyond your ecosystem. It creates ripples and waves far and wide. A great brand introduces you to people before you’ve met them. A great brand is what people say about you when you’re not in the room. A great brand creates opportunities. A great brand allows you to pivot quickly if something goes wrong. Not everyone wants or needs to create a great brand, and that’s OK.
