When is the time to stop reading and start writing your book?   You're going to write a non-fiction book to build your business so essentially it should be all about your experience, expertise, case studies, information and knowledge, not other people's. But it's always good to read around your subject and make sure that you're up to date with the latest information on it. While you're doing that, take notes, make sure you know what the references for anything you want to mention in your book are, then stop reading.    When you're ready to write, stop reading because that just interferes with you getting your own content out of your head and onto the page.
