When planning your event, what is the most important thing to consider? The guest list? Location? Meals served? It should be your host. The host is the most important factor when planning an event because they shape the overall experience for attendees, setting the tone and atmosphere that directly influences the event's success. And that’s what you want your guests to come away with. This is what Janette Burke can offer. Find more on her work as a Host and book her at https://lnkd.in/gg38gmes

As the Lunar New Year approaches, the air is filled with excitement and anticipation, corporate clients embrace the tradition of hosting festive dinners, uniting staff and clients in a joyous pre-celebration. It's not just about internal bonding. Inviting partners and clients for these feasts is a strategic move. IMPORTANT POINT TO REMEMBER: Your clients attend not only your company's CNY dinner but also those organized by many other companies / your competitors too. Ensure a delightful experience for your guests by selecting the right, engaging emcee. An emcee with a vibrant presence can elevate the event, creating an atmosphere where guests feel not just entertained, but truly immersed in the celebration. Believe me, clients talk about your event if it's well done so don't underestimate its importance. #emceesylvia #Corporatechinesenewyearcelebration #clients #cnycelebration

Ah, the open bar... That magical place where networking fears disappear faster than the top-shelf whiskey. It's the corporate event equivalent of a watering hole in the Serengeti - where different species gather, mingle, and occasionally try to eat each other alive (metaphorically, of course). But here's the thing: What if your entire event could capture that same magnetic pull? What if every aspect of your corporate gathering - from the keynote to the breakout sessions - could elicit the same gleam in your attendees' eyes as that glistening row of spirits? That's our mission. We create events so engaging, so irresistible, that your attendees will be drunk on experience long before they hit the actual bar. While an open bar might be the life of the party, we make sure your event is the soul. #eventprofs #corporate #chooseforesight

A branded merch fangirl, a podcast junkie, an event planner and marketing manager in the promotional products industry by day and mom of three by night.
Treat them like royalty. When your event attendees arrive at your event, how do you want them to feel? Always remember, a big part of events is about creating an atmosphere that makes attendees feel special. As someone who often goes on site visits where properties are trying to win our business, I always notice when they go above and beyond. Side note: macaroons are one of my favorite things to find in my hotel room on a site visit! What are you doing that goes above and beyond when your attendees arrive at your event?

Your next emcee, presenter and workshop facilitator on authenticity, events, tourism, strategy and leadership | Senior University Lecturer | Keynote Speaker
I aspired to be ordinary for a long time, striving to blend in like everyone else and be considered normal. 👉 As it always does it never seems to work out. Trying to conform only drains the soul out of you, and the work you do can often feel misplaced without a clear understanding of why. The why lies in embracing your extraordinary self. This is why I firmly believe that ordinary events do a disservice to all the hard work you and your team invest in creating a memorable event. Extraordinary events are what make your gatherings truly exceptional. That's precisely what I aim to achieve as the Emcee for your next event – transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Interested in making your event a standout experience? Send me a DM to discover more! 😉
