Spark engagement & deep connections - without making them cringe ✨ Trainer | Workshop Facilitator | Experience Designer | TEDx Speaker | Enthusiastic Camper 🏕️

Are you on the fence about joining my upcoming The Art of MELTING the Ice Course? I want to help you answer some of your most common questions to determine if this is the right fit for you. 🧊 "I use icebreakers regularly, and they seem to work well. Is there really something new in this course that I haven't seen before?" If you're confident that you're achieving great results, including from the "quiet folks", then this course may not be necessary for you. But if you’re unsure if it makes people uncomfortable or awkward, then you might consider joining. The Art of MELTING the Ice goes beyond playing traditional icebreakers with your groups. You’ll learn innovative techniques tailored to foster deep connections and trust, even in virtual settings, that are based on years of experience and feedback from experienced facilitators and teams. These methods promote inclusivity and active participation, ensuring that even introverted, reserved, and shy individuals feel included. 🧊 "I often sign up for online courses with enthusiasm but struggle to complete them. How is this course designed to keep me engaged and ensure I finish it?" I get it! I, too, have a list of courses I've joined but never completed. Here are a few ways I am designing this course differently to make it easier for you to complete it: 90-Day Access: At the official course launch, you’ll receive access to the course for 90 days. If you don't complete it within this period, you lose access to the content, which encourages you to finish the course and avoid gathering dust on a virtual shelf.* * By pre-registering, you'll retain access beyond 90 days, so there's no need to free up your calendar before enrolling. Weekly Modules: You'll receive a new module every week. These modules are designed with interactive elements, short, easy-to-digest videos (all under 10 minutes), and practical assignments. There will also be “catch-up weeks” where you won’t get new content but can complete what you’ve missed or go deeper with some additional resources. Community: You'll also join a community of learners. This provides an opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and maintain momentum throughout the course. Live Coaching Calls: I am offering weekly live group coaching calls for the course launch in May. These calls will also be held a few times a year to accommodate any questions that arise. 🧊 "I find I learn better in a face-to-face setting. Does this course offer any live interactions or in-person learning opportunities?" While you’ll complete the core of the course by yourself, there are some live components, like the Live Coaching Calls. But they’re not a replacement for an in-person experience, so this might not be a good fit for you. However, I plan to conduct in-person training in Berlin and Toronto this fall. 🔥🔥🔥 Let's ditch traditional icebreakers and increase engagement, build trust and foster deep connections – without making people cringe!
