Any LOCAL, STATE or FEDERAL official that does not MANDATE "permanent" affordability periods or affordability "IN PERPETUITY" for any project receiving some government benefit is commiting MALFEASANCE and should quit, be removed from office or be terminated. IN MOST CASES WHEN IT COMES TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING, the public and taxpayer are being fooled into thinking their elected and appointed officials are solving problems, when in fact, all hey have done is "KICK THE CAN DOWN THE ROAD" to burden a future generation with the same problem or crisis!

Since his return, he has served as Team Leader Purchase. What’s the best thing about your job? This job involves interacting with various departments internally and externally. Internally, I get to connect with every department in the organization, and externally, I meet suppliers from around the world. Each supplier has unique ways of working, requiring us to be adaptive and flexible. The global market has shown us over the past few years that we need to stay on our toes to handle the various challenges that arise. I enjoy this, as it brings a variety of interesting challenges. What is it like to work at Erteco? Working at Erteco is like being with family, only probably easier. Everyone is focused on their tasks, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn new things. It's a blend of peak professionalism mixed with good laughs and great relationships. What do you do in your spare time? I like spending time with my family and friends and enjoying good food.
